We draw the inspiration for our designs from the colors, seasons, and landscapes of nature and bring them to life using beautiful and vibrant stone beads and cabochons. Stone Chaos Beadworks is not a production studio. The joy, for us, is designing and hand crafting our pieces. Therefore, our jewelry is always an original and made by our hands in our studios using traditional and artisan beading techniques, hand forged elements, and components made on our own work benches. We use sterling silver, copper, and other semi-precious metals in our designs. Our metals are lead and nickel free, and metal content is available on request. Our beads and cabochons are sourced ethically and are conflict free.
Shipping and Return Policy
All of our items listed are original and handmade. The item you order is the item you will receive. Therefore, all items are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TIMES ARE THE ESTIMATES GIVEN BY USPS.. ITEMS ARE NOT ALWAYS DELIVERED WITHIN THE 2-3 DAYS FOR PRIORITY AND THE 3-5 DAYS FOR FIRST CLASS. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING WE CAN CONTROL, BUT YOU CAN BE ASSURED WE WILL SHIP YOUR ITEM WITH CARE IN THE TIME PROMISED. The shipping amount charged covers our cost of shipping a carefully prepared padded mailer or box. However, should you provide an incomplete or incorrect address for shipping and the package is returned as not deliverable, you will have to cover the cost to reship the item(s)
Orders costing $100 or less will ship via USPS First Class with tracking. Orders over $100 will ship USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and tracking.
We currently only ship internationally to Canada via USPS First Class. WE GIVE FACTUAL DECLARATIONS OF PACKAGE CONTENTS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL POSTAGE, MISCELLANEOUS TAXES OR FEES.
It is our goal to give you the best service possible! We make every attempt to represent our items honestly with the photos and descriptions we give. However, if your item arrives and you are not pleased with the design, fit, colors, or construction, you have 10 days from the date tracking shows it to have been delivered to begin the return process. The item must be in new, unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. To begin the process, simply email us and let us know you wish to make a return. It must be returned using the same shipping method. If it was shipped insured, it must be insured on the return. Otherwise, all losses will be incurred by the buyer. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, INCLUDING INSURANCE IF REQUIRED, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. Once the returned items are in our possession in the required condition, a refund for the amount of the item will be issued. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
Our priority is to get your purchase to you so that you can begin enjoying it as soon as possible. However, on rare occasion, things don't go as smoothly as we would like. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time for the postage service used, please contact us so that we can track the package. If the package has arrived damaged, please keep the damaged packaging as well as the damaged items, snap a photo of them, and email us. The Postal Service will require evidence to process the insurance claim. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but it is necessary when making a claim with USPS. Since our items are originals, exact replacement of lost items may not be possible.
